About DASS Assessment

The Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS) is a set of three self-report scales designed to measure the emotional states of depression, anxiety and stress. Each scale contains only 7 questions that assess the severity of symptoms over the past week. For this purpose, we used the DASS-21 questionnaire.
